SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the artist to prepare your new painting for shipping. If you need to update your shipping address, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase through the contact page, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched. Fox And Birdy is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout, so please double-check your details before finalising your order. At this time, shipping is available within Australia only, but we look forward to expanding to other countries in the near future.

For international shipping orders, I will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey. While it is rare, please be aware that parcels may occasionally be held up at customs for up to 6 weeks. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond my control. If this occurs, any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURN POLICY

At Fox And Birdy, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order and will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction. While we strive to provide accurate colour representations of our artwork, please be aware that colour calibration can vary between devices; we recommend viewing items on multiple devices if colour accuracy is a concern. All sales are final except in cases of damage, so please read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

According to Australian consumer protection laws, we do not cover shipping fees for returned items, except for faulty merchandise or products not meeting consumer guarantees.

We are not liable for damages once goods are in the possession of the customer. Artworks must be opened within 48 hours of delivery to check for any transit damage. If damage is found, or if you receive faulty merchandise. Including mishandling such as but not limited to; smudging, tearing, dents, or water damage, please contact us immediately.

 

Please note that custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable. However, we are open to discussing potential solutions or compromises if issues arise.

TAXES & DUTIES

Fox And Birdy operates from Victoria, Australia, and is not responsible for any import fees associated with purchased products, including but not limited to custom commissions, originals, and fine art merchandise.

Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries impose import taxes, while others do not. The customs agency will notify you via mail, phone, or email regarding any charges that need to be paid before your shipment can proceed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any duties, value-added tax, or similar charges. If you choose not to pay these additional costs, your delivery will be returned to us. If the product is returned in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the cost of your purchase, minus a restocking fee of 10% and the shipping fees incurred.

As custom commissions are non-refundable unless damaged in transit, please contact us to discuss potential solutions or compromises if issues arise.

PRICE MARKED

Prices marked on the products are accurate to the best of my knowledge. However, in the unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced, I reserve the right to correct and/or change the price of the item as necessary.
